The Bark Hut Inn, a must-see historic icon of the Northern Territory, was built in the wild era of buffalo and crocodile hunting and is now the central hub of discovery for the Mary River Wetlands and Kakadu National Park.

The Bark Hut Inn is located on the Arnhem Highway on the western edge of Kakadu National Park. 2kms from the Mary River and Mary River National Park. The Bark Hut Inn provides campsites, supplies, fuel and cold beer for visitors and fishermen bound for Kakadu.
